At the Early Bird Nursery we welcome any comments or feedback from parents about the care of your child. Whether the comments are positive or negative they will be appreciated, and with the children’s interests at heart will be used to the benefit of the children.

If for any reason you have the need to complain about the service offered by the Early Bird Nursery, we would encourage you to approach a member of staff or management to discuss the issue, or raise the issue through the parents group or its representative. There is also a comment and complaints book located in the entrance hallway. However if, this is not an acceptable option, you are welcome to contact OFSTED to talk about your concerns
