Sickness
If your child is ill and unable to attend the nursery, please contact us as soon as possible. Any child suffering from a doubtful rash, discharge from the eyes, diarrhoea or vomiting should be kept at home until the symptoms have disappeared.
If a child becomes sick at the nursery, every effort will be made to contact parents. Please ensure you tell us where you can be contacted during nursery hours. The nursery directors reserve the right to remove a child to hospital in an emergency.
Under
new guidelines we are unable to administer any medication unless prescribed
by your doctor. If this is the case you will be asked to complete an 'Administration
of Medicines' form providing clear written instructions for times and dosage.
