Terms
& Conditions of Business
These
conditions are intended to create a legally binding relationship
between the Early Bird Nursery (“the nursery”) and the
parent or guardian.
No
person is to sign this agreement, because it does create a binding
contract, unless he or she fully understands it and takes, if they
want to, separate legal advice.
The
nursery agrees to hold a place for your child for entry on the agreed
date in consideration of receiving a completed Enrolment Form and
a non refundable registration fee of £50.00.
Fees
are payable monthly in advance on the first day of that month. In
the event of non payment of fees, all costs in relation to the recovery
of said fees will be added to the original debt.
You
must give at least one calendar month’s written notice or
pay one months fees in lieu of such notice if you wish to remove
your child from the Nursery.
The
Nursery may give written notice to you to remove your child in any
circumstances where he or she may disruptive or otherwise unsuited
to the Nursery.
At
any time when you are on the premises with your child, you are responsible
for his or her well being.
Any
instructions, to include holiday dates and finish dates, can only
be accepted in writing.
The
terms & conditions of the early bird may be revised from time
to time at our discretion. An up to date version will always be
available by visiting our web site www.earlybirdnursery.co.uk
Your
child’s attendance at the nursery, is deemed to be an acceptance
of these Terms & Conditions
